Extra Credit: See some spiders
Extra Credit Possibility Tagged museum, Spiders September 23rd, 2008In honor of Halloween, I’ll replace any quiz grade with a 10 if a student visits the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and goes into its Spider Pavillion exhibit.
The requirement is this:
Visit the museum, take a photo of yourself in the Spider Exhibit and then write a short paragraph about what emotions you felt being in a room with thousands of spiders.
Turn in the museum ticket in person to me, e-mail the photo, and post the paragraph as a comment on this page.
Good luck.

Extra Credit Spider Pavilion
The Spider Pavilion was so cool inside of the enclosed tent. When my mom and I entered in the tent we didn’t know what to expect. It looked like hut thing, but it had vines and a bunch of long vine like plants so the spiders can make webs. The spiders where a little hard to find but when you found them they were huge with different colors on their bodies. When I saw the man that was talking about spiders. I freaked out because he was holding one of those huge spiders in his hand. He was letting it crawl all over him. I couldn’t hold a spider like that. Then after we where about to leave I began thinking about spiders and how they are so cool.

A couple weeks ago I went to see the Spiders Exhibit in LA. Before I got there I thought it would be dark and scary. When I got ther I was very surprised that it was not. It was outside in broad daylight and a little exhibit room. The room was’nt really full of spiders. There were spiders here and there and some of them, you saw unexpectedly on the roof. Overall I guess it was pretty cool to see the spiders because some of them were rare and they were spiders you would not usually see in your daily lives.
P.S. MrDelMuro,
please put the extra credit for this assignment for the #1 Night quiz. I would highly appreciate it and please put it up as soon as possible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
&& THANK YOU.
