I visited St. John’s University, the Naval Academy, and Loyola Marymount University. For the Navy, you must meet eligibility requirements (be a U.S. citizen, be unmarried, be at least 17), obtain a nomination, must qualify academically (four years of math, four years of English, one year of history, chemistry, and physics, and two years of foreign language), qualify medically, qualify physically, and must be selected by appointment. The recruiter suggested letting the school know very early that you are interested in applying.
